Embodied AI field service · Shenzhen, China

From show floor to live site.

We are an embodied AI field service company. Our work is to take robots out of the demo booth and put them into places where something has to happen on schedule: a stage, a showroom, a factory floor, a school timetable.

Three lines of work — performance and live shows, end-to-end robot integration, and school robotics programmes — run on the same delivery team and the same spares box.

Proof of field

Robots on site, with an audience watching.

Everything below happened in public. The photographs are from our own delivery files, not a stock library.

Retail atrium, robot football. Two units, a caged pitch and an audience that stopped walking — the format we use when a venue wants footfall rather than a keynote.

100+

Commercial shows and events delivered to date, from provincial TV galas to store openings.

24/7

On-site support during live runs. If a unit stops mid-show, someone is already there.

Business matrix

Three lines of work, one delivery loop.

Most robotics suppliers stop at the hardware. Most agencies stop at the concept. We sit in between, which is why the same team that choreographs a show also writes the deployment document.

01

Performance & live shows

Robot lion dance and quadruped lion dance, built on the southern Chinese lion tradition and run by machines. Also humanoid stage acts, a robot MC, parade units and exhibition walk-arounds.

We handle the whole chain: concept, choreography, rehearsal, operator training and on-site operation.

02

End-to-end integration

Requirement scoping, site survey, environment mapping, route planning, dialogue design, motion package development, ROS 2 and SDK adaptation, commissioning and on-site maintenance.

The handover includes the documentation your own staff need to keep it running after we leave.

03

Education & competition training

A graded L1–L4 curriculum from upper primary to university, covering block-based programming, Python and C++, ROS 2 and SLAM, plus teacher training and school team coaching.

Delivered as a full academic-year course or as holiday camps, weekend crash courses and single-day science-festival sessions.

Core capabilities

What makes a demo become a delivery.

The gap between a robot that works once on video and a robot that works every day is mostly unglamorous: mapping, timing, spares, a named person on call.

01

Physical sites, not sandboxes

Stages, competitions, showrooms and classrooms. Every engagement has an audience, a schedule and a failure cost.

02

One loop, not four vendors

Concept, build, operate and train sit with the same team, so a change on site does not restart the paperwork.

03

Sector breadth with depth

Culture and tourism, retail, public services, healthcare, industrial campuses, schools — each with its own constraints on noise, safety and dwell time.

04

Repeatable packages

Standardised modules and documented handovers, so the second site costs less than the first.

Selected engagements

Described by what was delivered, not by who signed.

Clients are named on request and with their permission. What follows is the delivery specification, which is the part a procurement team can actually check.

Education programme

One academic year, twenty-two lessons, twelve modules.

A robotics football course for upper primary through high school. Students learn on real hardware, iterate in simulation, and finish by playing a 3v3 match — the exam is a game, and it is not graded on attendance.

Strike practice on a full-size pitch. A single kicking motion is the result of dozens of parameter changes made during class.
Structure

22 lessons · 11 per semester · 90 minutes each

Modules are fixed, scheduling is not. Schools that can only commit 8, 11 or 16 lessons take a subset and still finish with a match.

Delivery formats

Five formats, from an academic year to a single 90-minute session

Academic year, single semester, holiday camp, weekend crash course, and science-festival day.

Teacher enablement

Three-day training for in-school staff

The course is designed to be handed over to the school's own science and IT teachers, not kept on our payroll.

Questions

What overseas clients ask first.

How is a robot performance priced?

Each event is quoted individually, because the number depends on the robot type, the act format, the run time and the venue. Send the date, city and expected audience, and we reply with a written scope and price.

Do you also supply robots for permanent installations?

Yes, and supply comes attached to integration work: site survey, mapping, route design, dialogue content, motion packages, commissioning and an on-site maintenance arrangement. A robot without that work is a very expensive exhibit.

Which regions do you deliver to?

We deliver from Shenzhen across mainland China and travel for overseas engagements. For work outside China we plan shipping, customs clearance and the local crew window together with the client, and we quote those lines separately rather than hiding them in the day rate.

What does a school robotics programme involve?

A 22-lesson academic year built from 12 capability modules, at one 90-minute lesson per week. Shorter formats exist for holiday camps, weekend crash courses and single-day science-festival sessions. The course assumes no prior programming experience.

Tell us the date, the city and the audience.

That is enough for a first answer. We reply within 2 business days, GMT+8. If the brief is a show, a permanent installation or a school programme, the same form reaches the same team.
